How to get started with the digital fair:
- Registers for the fair if you have not registered before
- For those who have previously registered on the exhibition website, a username and password to enter in the personal account will be sent by the organizer
- Receives reminders before the exhibition (e-mail and push notifications):
- 1 week before
- 1 day before
- at the moment the fair opens

To schedule meetings in B2B Matchmaking format, 1 week before the event, visitor gets access to the list of exhibitors, forms favorites list and sends requests for online appointments
Working at the fair 24-26 November 2020
- Enters the Exhibitor personal account using username and password
- Gets the visits statistics in the personal account
- Receives requests from visitors for online meetings and negotiations
- Meets people in B2B Matchmaking format according to thepre-agreed schedule

Places comments, which can be seen by the visitors, to attract them to the online stand
Video instructions for visitors:
"Dismantling" of the exhibition (from 27th of November 2020)
- For the exhibitors and visitors the exhibition closes 26.11.2020 at 18:00 and becomes inaccessible for meetings, negotiations and streams
- The exhibitor can save all the contacts and video calls in its Exhibitor personal account and then can export it into CRM
- The exhibitor receives analytics about the visits to the stand
- The visitor receives all the materials from its favorites section
- The visitor can visit the stands and look through the information posted by exhibitors 3 months after the show, till 27.02.2021.
